Terms Of Business

  1. The goods shall remain the property of PLM Global until such time as all money due to PLM Global from the Purchaser.
  2. Payment for all goods shall be cleared funds for the first 3 transactions and after that will be reviewed and subject to the discretion of PLM Global will move to net 30 days from date of invoice, not EOM, after which interest shall be chargeable at the rate of 2% per annum above Barclays base rate from the date of the invoice.
  3. In the case of new equipment, PLM Global will where applicable honor manufacturer’s warranty. In the case of second user or refurbed equipment, PLM Global shall replace any defective item(s) returned against an authorised RMA within 30 days of delivery provided the equipment has being operated under OEM conditions – unless otherwise formally stated and accepted by the customer PRIOR to the shipping of any goods.
  4. All transport damage must be reported to PLM Global Limited with 24hours of the delivery of the goods.
  5. Prices quoted do not include VAT , Duty ( If outside of the EU) or delivery
  6. Whilst PLM Global Limited will endeavor to deliver goods in accordance with the purchaser’s requirements, PLM Global Limited shall not be liable for any consequential losses on late delivery howsoever caused.
  7. The total liability of PLM Global Limited on any claim or demand (including all Liabilities, costs, and expenses in connection therewith whether in contract or not including negligence) or otherwise arising out of or connected with or resulting from sale, delivery, repair, replacement, or use of any of the goods, or the non-performance of PLM Global Limited of any of its duties under its contract, shall not exceed the price attributable to that part of the goods which gave rise to the claim.
  8. The purchaser on demand shall indemnify PLM Global Limited against all loss, damage, costs, and expenses suffered or incurred by PLM Global Limited by reason of any claim or demand made against PLM Global Limited by any third party in respect of any claim or demand arising out of the condition of use of the goods supplied or of any product or appliance of which goods or any part of them form part in the event that such injury, loss or damage is contributed to by any negligence or breach of contract or duty on the part of the purchaser.
  9. Restocking or cancellation for convenience will only be accepted if requested within or up to 12 hours of receipt by the client, and will be subject to a 25% restock charge.
  10. We shall not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performing, any of our obligations under the Contract if and to the extent that the failure or delay is caused by an Event Outside Our Control. An Event Outside Our Control means any act or event beyond our reasonable control, including without limitation failure by suppliers, strikes, lock-outs or other industrial action by third parties, civil commotion, riot, invasion, terrorist attack or threat of terrorist attack, war (whether declared or not) or threat or preparation for war, fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, subsidence, epidemic or other natural disaster, or failure of public or private telecommunications networks or impossibility of the use of railways, shipping, aircraft, motor transport or other means of public or private transport.
